🍯 Honey Simple Syrup
Ingredients:
Equal parts honey and hot water
Instructions:
Stir together honey and hot water until fully dissolved.
Pour into a clean bottle or jar.
Label with the date—it’ll keep for about two weeks in the fridge.
☕️ How to Make the Ginger Honey Latte
You’ll need:
Freshly pulled Evergreen espresso
Spicy Ginger Syrup
Honey Simple Syrup (see recipe above)
Steamed milk of your choice
Crystallized ginger, for garnish
Instructions:
Add syrups to your cup:
12 oz latte: 35g Spicy Ginger + 5g Honey Simple
16 oz latte: 42g Spicy Ginger + 10g Honey Simple
Pour a shot (or two!) of Evergreen espresso directly over the syrups.
Top with steamed milk.
Sprinkle a little crystallized ginger on top for a sweet, spicy finish.
