Chemex (Wood Collar)

An iconic brewer with a timeless design, the Chemex lives on kitchen counters around the world and has for decades. It’s housed in the MOMA permanent design collection—and stays in heavy rotation around here, too.

The Chemex brews a clean cup and maintains body and balanced floral notes. The classic design has remained unchanged since its invention in 1941 by German inventor Peter Schlumbohm.
