How To Brew

The Story

The Jordan group was formed through an initial collaboration between Stumptown, our import-export partner Caravela, and the producers themselves. Many of the original members of this group are from a sub-municipality called El Jordan, which is where this coffee gets its name.

Members of the Jordan group grow and process their coffee on sloping farms high up in the hills of southern Tolima. Years ago, we set up this supply chain with the ideals of transparency, long-term commitments, and price premiums tied to quality.
