"Mordecofe was my first favorite coffee. This coffee has juicy and bright citric acidity as well as floral aromatics. These were flavors I had never experienced before in a cup of coffee. I wanted to know what made that cup so different from what I had been drinking in the past. That ultimately led to me working for Stumptown and learning how to roast."
